One of the most iconic scenes on the south coast of England, the "Needles" are a rock formation based off the west tip of the Isle of Wight. The famous red and white striped lighthouse has been guiding boats of all sizes round these dangerous waters for many years, but I have painted it in a colourful, lighthearted style showing the fish and seagulls that inhabit the area alongside the boats that pass gently by every day. And of course, the whole image has been given my usual bendy twist!
The image itself is 265 mm x 265 mm and is a giclée print which means that it is printed using very high quality inks to give exceptional detail, tone and colour so that it looks just like the original painting. Each print is produced on acid free German Etching paper and is signed, numbered and titled by me. The print run is 485 and every print comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
This print is available as either an unmounted print or mounted in a double off-white mount enabling you to frame it in a frame of your choice. The outer dimensions of the mount are 425 mm x 425 mm . The mounted print is presented wrapped in cellophane and will be shipped to you securely packed in a flat cardboard package whilst the unmounted print will be sent in a thick walled cardboard tube.
It can also be purchased as a block canvas print measuring 445mm high by 455mm wide.
